ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
La Cochera is a modern luxury apartment, recently completely renovated, located in an emblematic and protected building in the city, on the central Calle Pérez de Rozas, built in 1936.
With high ceilings and large spaces, La Cochera is a comfortable accommodation of almost 200 square meters, designed for families who want to visit the island of Tenerife and live the experience of residing in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
With a fully equipped designer kitchen, a landscaped outdoor seating area and two very large bathrooms, La Cochera is absolutely wheelchair accessible throughout its entire floor.
The accommodation has a double glazing system that insulates it very effectively from outside noise and temperatures. All bedrooms have silent ceiling fans.
Absolutely equipped for traveling with children. We provide families with a high chair, bathtub, children's chairs, playpen, crib, dishes and kitchen accessories for children, toys or a baby hammock. And we can facilitate the management of renting baby seats for the car or stroller.

La Cochera is the home of a large family who knows, from their own experience, the difficulties of traveling with children.
A special place for us: our first home when we moved to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. We have been happy here, in our beloved neighborhood. Our family has grown up here. We have great memories in this house. We are sure that you will have them too.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Zona Rambla-Los Hoteles neighborhood belongs to the Centro-Ifara district. It is a residential neighborhood, very central and connected to the nerve centers of the city of Santa Cruz. Full of houses of great architectural interest, it is located next to the impressive GarcÃa Sanabria Park (which is practically a botanical garden), the Rambla de Santa Cruz or the Plaza Weyler and the commercial area of ​​Calle del Castillo. It has all kinds of services within walking distance, such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, or police station, and has a tram stop that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, as well as multiple stops on the different bus lines.
TRANSPORT
To visit the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife from La Cochera, it is best to move around the city on foot, since the apartment is located in a central area and any point of interest is within walking distance.
Just 100m from its location, in Plaza Weyler, there is also the tram stop that connects Santa Cruz de Tenerife with the city of La Laguna, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1999. That same tram, in the direction Opposite La Laguna, it leads to the transport interchange. From there, it is possible to take buses that take you to practically any place on the island of Tenerife.
From La Cochera, in turn, you can take different intercity bus connections, for example, to visit the beautiful Playa de las Teresitas.

Another very good option, and perhaps the most comfortable to visit Tenerife in a more autonomous and flexible way, is car rental. The main car rental companies operate in Tenerife, and can be picked up and returned at the airport. If you need child restraint devices, contact us. We can facilitate their rental.
In the vicinity of the La Cochera building there are numerous parking spaces on the street, including a space for people with reduced mobility right at the door, although it is true that the area is usually busy and depending on the time it can be more difficult to park. FOR YOUR COMFORT
Committed to our guests, and specifically to families with small children, La Cochera has a high chair, children's chairs, crib, bathtub, hammock, playground, toys and kitchen accessories for children. Please feel free to let us know if you will need any of these things. We will be happy to make them available to you, of course, at no additional cost.
The Garage has 3 double beds of 180cmx200cm, but two of them can also be configured as single beds of 90cmx200cm. Please let us know, at the time of booking, which configuration you prefer. We will prepare the rooms as they best suit your needs.
HOUSE RULES
The guests staying must always be those registered in the reservation; neither a larger number nor identities that do not correspond to those reserved will be admitted. Our neighbors are a priority for us. Please control the noise, especially in the outside area, and from 10 at night until 9 in the morning.
It is not allowed to smoke. Likewise, parties are not allowed.
The house is equipped with devices to detect smoke, cigarette smoke, crowds, parties and increased noise. In no case do these sensors record image or sound, they are simple detectors. The privacy of our guests is a priority for us. These sensors are installed for the good coexistence of everyone in the building.
The house is equipped with an alarm system that only activates when it is not receiving any guests. Please, it is not allowed to manipulate the sensors or the alarm center in any way, this may cause an alarm to go off and the security company to be notified.
La Cochera is a family project, it is our home. We appreciate that the accommodation is treated with care, as well as furniture and accessories made available to our visitors.
